My approach to fitness is encompassed by the idea of functional training. Every person has a different routine. Some people are on their feet all day at work while others sit at a desk for the majority of the day. Why should these people receive the same success protocol? The answer is: they shouldn’t.
I identify programs based on what is practical for a client’s function in life. If you are not a swimmer, swinging your arms backwards has no practical function. However, if you sit in a cubicle for work, you could benefit from activities that will invert the body every once in a while.
There are several systems that we’ll use to relieve pressure and build your strength and stamina. These may include:
